Three months later, restaurateurs are now allowed to open their doors, but are they ready? Have the last three months of inactivity been fatal for this already-fragile industry that operates on very small profit margins?

My guest today, Peter Katsoudas, owner of The Rib'n Reef, Montreal's number one steakhouse, will share with us the changes that he believes restaurateurs need to make to be more competitive in this post-covid era.
