To be successful in business, we're often told to focus on a single project for several years, and eventually success will come. It's sound advice that I've followed, and that many successful entrepreneurs have too.

Now, could there be another way? Is it possible to be successful in business by going in several directions at the same time? It may be a more difficult approach, but it's clearly feasible.
