Éric Naaman - How to Become Quebec’s “Dream Boss” By Building a Recognized Employer Brand

“First who, then what” – this sentence, often used in the book Good to Great, perfectly summarizes the discussion my guest and I had today. Jim Collins, author of the aforementioned book, has said time and time again that having the right people in place first, before introducing other levels and divisions to a business, is one of the most important things.

Today, recruiting quality employees can be rather complex, especially when you run an organization that requires very specialized workers. As a result, entrepreneurs need to be creative in order to find ways to make their business stand out from the rest.

Today’s guest, Éric Naaman, nicknamed the “Dream Boss” by the Montreal Gazette, will explain how he has built his ‘employer brand’ during the course of the past 10 years.

You’ll see: between trips to the South, the MLB World Series, and skydiving, Éric has been able to offer his employees exciting rewards that have resulted in steady growth since 2010.
