Taking the leap and dedicating yourself to your business full-time  can be a difficult decision to make. Between having to pay your bills and maintain your lifestyle, it’s often much easier to just keep your current full-time job rather than to devote 110% of your time to a new venture. Yet, is there a middle ground?

It may sound crazy, but he alone has been able to manage a multi-million dollar business generating approximately 5 million dollars in revenue per year, all while still showing up to his full-time job every morning. 

During our discussion, Steve walks us through exactly how he has, impressively, been able to balance and maintain both a full-time job and an incredibly successful business.
