J7 Media is looking for a Assistant Creative Director to support the Creative Director in overseeing Meta campaigns. This role combines strategic vision, creative direction and performance culture.
You'll work in co-direction with the DC to conceive, brief and iterate high-converting advertising concepts.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Main Responsibilities :
- Brief, support and challenge creative teams (ADs, motion designers, copywriters, Creative Strategists)
- Generate innovative, testable and conversion-oriented advertising ideas (hooks, formats, messages)
- Collaborate with media buyers to analyze creative performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in brainstorms and customer pitches
- Maintain a constant watch on paid social trends and Meta best practices
- Act as point of contact for certain clients at creative meetings
- Ensure follow-up and reporting to the Creative Director
- Take over the visual direction of campaigns as needed.
Job Requirements :
- At least 5 years' experience in digital creation, advertising or performance marketing
- Previous agency experience (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent understanding of social networks and their codes
- Experience in managing a creative team, with natural leadership skills
- Performance-oriented, analytical and rigorous in execution
- Bilingual French/English, with excellent written skills
- At ease with client-facing presentations
- Is resourceful, curious and always on the lookout for the latest trends
- Bonus: experience in video or design is an asset
